Note: This "RFC" is a random draft/idea and may (should?) never be proposed!

The name "phpdoc" is commonly used when referring to the CVS module named
phpdoc found at cvs.php.net. This name sometimes gets confused with the old
(last updated year 2000) API Documenting tool named PHPDoc and there are
times this annoys members of the PHP.net doc team. No!!!

Ideas:
======

1. Change our CVS module name from phpdoc to doc. Rather drastic but an
option.

2. Campaign to unlink our docs CVS module with this outdated API
doc generator and help advocate PHPDocumentor instead. So, request
phpdoc.de to update their site and at the very least ask them to
instead link as a PEAR module and not write cvs.php.net

3. Do nothing because it's not _that_ big of deal :-)
